Do you offer a security guarantee?
I don’t, and would be skeptical of anyone who offers a security guarantee. It’s similar to expecting never to fall sick, if you stay on a healthy diet. Even with our best efforts, there’s always a chance that your website gets compromised. If that happens, you are assured of my undivided attention to restore your site and introduce damage control measures.
What changes are included in the Care + Content plan?
The Care + Content plan is ideal if you need to post regular updates on your site. This includes, but is not limited to, blog posts, images and events. With up to 5 requests per month, you are able to send updates every week of the month. Many clients find it easier and quicker to use this option, than making the changes themselves.
What happens if my site breaks?
It is not uncommon, especially with WordPress, to have plugin or theme updates, break your site. In these instances, I work quickly to restore the prior stable version from one of our daily back ups. You will also be provided with recommendations on an alternate plugins or workarounds, as appropriate. The objective would be to minimize any downtime to ensure that your prospects and clients can continue to stay informed through your website.
Are there any exclusions?
My aim is to support you to the best of my ability. There may be rare instances in which things are outside my control – for example in instances where plugins are discontinued, hosting outages or sites getting hacked with previously unknown vulnerabilities. Rest assured, your website will be maintained and cared for in the same way I do for my own site.
